If you book a PHONE SESSION, we will call you at the time of your appointment.

You will receive a receipt for “Psychological Services”, provided by Lesley Hannell, Registered Psychologist whether you see Lesley or Chelsea. The “Provider of Service” is Lesley Hannell, #5708, when you submit to your insurance company
